Because each Memory Lane Cards order is made uniquely for you, with your photos, memories, and custom details, all sales are final. We are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on personalized products once the order has been submitted.

We encourage all customers to carefully review their photo selections and form submissions before finalizing, as these details are used to create your one-of-a-kind memory card deck.

If you experience an issue with your order (such as damage during shipping or an error in production), please reach out to us at memorylanecards4@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
